As the company grew, its identity no longer reflected the complexity of its offer or the ambition behind the organization. Communication became difficult, internal identification weakened, and the brand required constant explanation. The initial brief focused on creating a separate offer brand for workplace health management.
Insight
Workplace health management was not the real branding challenge. The real task was to sharpen the company’s self-understanding, structure the portfolio more clearly, and create a system that could hold the full offer together.
Because health is a team effort.
Lösung
The work established a new brand foundation, simplified the portfolio structure, and created a flexible identity system that could work across the entire business. The narrative was sharpened, translated into a claim, and rolled out through a wide range of design applications and a holistic implementation strategy.
